After hours of studying for her AP Calculus test, this is what happened:
Aimee: Calculus has been corrupting my mind. I started relating our family to calculus. For example, the children are first derivatives of our parents and our children are second derivatives of us. Our parents are integrals of us which basically means that our children are acceleration, we are velocity, our parents are displacement. If you include friends in this equation, they have an equal derivative but are on a different graph.
Robyn (to herself): Yeah, I didn't understand ANY of that! (out loud): I think you're going to do fine. Stop studying now.
In contrast, Maddie went to the library to study for her AP test with some friends.
Robyn (to Maddie when she walks in the house): So, did you get any studying done?
Maddie: Um...define "study".
