At the dinner table Sunday night.
One of the children (with an impish look in her eyes): Why don't we go around the table and say who our favorite sibling is.
Another child (without hesitation): It's me.
Yet another child: I'm sure I'm not anyone's favorite.
Child number four (with a raised eyebrow): If you think that, my dear, then maybe there is something in your life you need to change.
Child who started everything: Now we should have Mom and Dad say who their favorite child is.
Mom and Dad: We're not gonna go there.
