We were sitting around this morning talking about Christmas letters and how everyone always looks and sounds perfect in them so we decided to do a letter telling how it really is at our house and share pictures of how we look in the morning. :)
 |
Bronte (19) - Crash Test Dummy: Has crashed the car 3 times
but since she didn't have a car at school, our insurance didn't
go up this year.
|
 |
Maddie (17) - Broken: Broke her leg in September;
Is walking now but claims that she is still unable to
help with the dishes.
Aimee (15) - Hypochondriac: Persists in seeking out and
identifying problems with her head, feet and arms.
Nate (12) - Where's Waldo: Started Middle School in Sept.
and still gets lost at school sometimes.
|
 |
Grace (9) Let Sleeping Dogs Lie: Doesn't do well when awakened
in the middle of the night.
Robyn - Bossy Cow: Has decided to turn over a new leaf
and stop taking over events or activities that she feels aren't
running efficiently. It's not working so far.
Rod - Dukes of Hazzard: The driver's door on his car doesn't
open from the inside so he puts his window down, reaches out to
open the door from the outside. |
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a Good Night!!!
Love,
The Campbells
Thanks for all you write...and don't write (an adaptation from Rod's quote in a Christmas letter you sent out years ago, and I still keep in my desk drawer to read and laugh when i'd rather kick and scream...) We love your family and love that being a being a happy loving normal family involves looking not too happy or loving or normal sometimes! love from your odd relatives now residing in Texas,
ReplyDeleteKathy and the little Coxes (with the big attitudes)
