A boss's insight

Today at work (Robyn works at the MTC) a discussion was going on about trying to fall asleep.

Carrie:  I can't fall asleep easily.  I can't turn my brain off.

Sara:  I don't have that problem.  I can turn mine off.

Robyn:  I can fall asleep almost anywhere.

Ric (the boss):  So it's like this, (pointing to Carrie)  can't turn the brain off (pointing to Sara)  can turn the brain off  (pointing to Robyn)  can't get the brain to turn on.

P.S.  He's retiring soon.
