Grace: I love these shoes. I think they are my favorites. My next favorites are my blue high tops.
Robyn: What about the grey ones I bought you for school this year?
Grace: Well. They aren't my favorite because I don't really have a relationship with them yet.
Robyn: Huh?
Grace: Well, with THESE shoes have gotten me through a lot of stuff--I have some good memories with them.
Robyn (to herself): Who knew that you could have relationships with your shoes?
