At Nate's last dentist check up he had four cavities. He is, as he calls himself, "cavity boy". The dentist gave us the same spiel that he gives every time, "he just needs to brush and floss better, the cavities are between the teeth."
Robyn (frustrated that she has to yet again pay for fillings tells the dentist): Next time no novocain--let him feel it. Let's see if THAT will inspire him to brush and floss his teeth.
She told Nate the same thing and has seen a marked improvement in his dental hygiene.
