A Mom like no other

The other day after Nate came home from swimming

Nate:  Mom, today I asked this kid at swimming why he hadn't been there in a long time.  Do you know what he said?

Robyn:  No.  What did he say?

Nate:  He said that he didn't want to go to swimming and his mother didn't make him so he didn't come.

Robyn:  Oh.

Nate:  That's why I think you're a mother like no other.  You know what's best for us and when we don't want to do something you force us to do it.

Robyn (looking up in time to see the smirk on his face says to herself):  One day you'll thank me, Buster.
