It's the day after Mother's Day and Rod is cooking dinner for the second day in a row.
After everyone is seated at the table:
Rod: I put a secret ingredient in the spaghetti sauce. Can anyone tell what it is?
Robyn: Cinnamon?
Maddie: Garlic?
Aimee: Ginger?
Nate: Did you mess up the sauce?
After a long pause . . .
Rod: LOVE! I put LOVE in the sauce.
Robyn bursts out laughing. The children look confused.
Grace: Dad, no really. What did you put in it?
Rod: Really, I made it with love for all of you.
Robyn: Ah, that's sweet.
The children suspiciously eat their sauce.
